REVAMP Africa has through her Values and Leadership Development Programme trained 3,000 students in five public secondary schools across two local governments areas of Lagos State. This was made possible with a grant support from Aspire Coronation Trust (ACT) Foundation.
The Values and Leadership Development Programme is designed to equip students, particularly in public secondary schools, with essential tools and skills to enhance their academic performance, character, interpersonal relationships, and personal leadership abilities.
In an era where youth voices are crucial for shaping the future, our leadership programme offers a unique opportunity for aspiring leaders to unlock their full potential. With a focus on personal growth, character development, and community engagement, this program inspired participants to become catalysts for positive change in their school communities and beyond.
Through a carefully curated 10-module curriculum, participants engaged in a variety of dynamic workshops, thought-provoking discussions, and hands-on activities. Her team of experienced mentors and professionals guided them through topics such as Values/Morality, Goal Setting, Time Management, Class Participation techniques and more.
One of the key strengths of our 6-months leadership program lied in its emphasis on experiential learning. Every participant will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in real-world scenarios, collaborate on impactful projects, and learn from successful leaders who have made a difference in various fields. This practical approach will enable them to develop the necessary skills and gain valuable insights to improve in their academics, behaviour, and leadership potentials.
Our commitment to inclusivity ensured that our leadership program was accessible to young individuals from diverse backgrounds. We strongly believe that leadership potential knows no boundaries and that everyone deserves an equal chance to develop their skills and contribute to society.
