Programme Design & Results Framework
Structured programme design: theory of change, logical framework, indicator selection, activity timelines, budget allocation, and risk framework. Every programme is designed to be measurable from day one, with indicators your MERL team (or ours) can track.
Field Implementation & Community Mobilisation
On-the-ground delivery: beneficiary identification and onboarding, community engagement, programme rollout, and day-to-day management. Our field teams are experienced in working across diverse cultural and regulatory contexts in all six geopolitical zones.
Independent Monitoring & Evaluation
For programmes we implement, we engage our independent MERL unit or commission an external evaluator at your preference to ensure findings are credible and defensible. Includes beneficiary verification, real-time data collection, and funder-ready evaluation reports.

Community Research & Programme Design
Our field teams conduct community needs assessments and stakeholder consultations in target areas. We use those findings to design a structured programme with a clear theory of change, measurable indicators, activity schedule, budget, and risk framework ready for your management, board or trustees to approve.
Field Implementation
We mobilise our field teams to deliver the programme on the ground including recruiting and training facilitators, onboarding and verifying beneficiaries, running activities, and managing day-to-day logistics across all target communities. Regular progress updates keep your team informed throughout.
Monitoring, Evaluation & Verification
Parallel to implementation, our MERL function (or an independent third-party evaluator) tracks progress against indicators, verifies beneficiary numbers, and collects qualitative evidence. A midterm review identifies any delivery gaps and recommends adjustments before the final phase.
Impact Reporting & Knowledge Transfer
We produce the final impact report structured for your reporting needs. We also facilitate a learning session with your team to translate findings into improved strategy for the next programme cycle.
