We are a registered youth-focused non-profit organisation on a mission to raise a new crop of young people, excellent in academics, leadership and entrepreneurship.
Founded in 2016, our interventions are designed to bridge the leadership gap, reduce unemployment, improve academics performance and behaviour.
We are raising young leaders, who will transform their communities, country, Africa and the world.

What We Do
Education Development
We are helping improve the value and passion for education amongst the children leading to an improvement in their academic performance. We are very PASSIONATE about this cause.
Leadership Development
While implementing sustainable programs, we are raising young leaders, who will become ambassadors and change agents in their communities.
Entreprise Development
We are empowering young entrepreneurs, who will contribute effectively to the prosperity of their country, reduce unemployment, and boost economic growth.
OUR STORY
Making Impact Since 2016
This initiative started as an idea by the founders shared firstly with two other people. It grew to about six volunteers, which scaled up to twenty six. Our first programme which held at Isolo High School impacted about 1,000 children.
We have impacted over 158,000 children and youths directly in the thirty six states in Nigeria.
As of 2021, we have grown to over 4036 volunteers with footprints in about 28 states states in Nigeria.
